Purpose

The Chicago Dawgs of Chicago, Illinois is affiliated with the University of Georgia Alumni Association. Although social in nature, its primary function is to promote spirit among Georgia people and to help foster the advancement of all University of Georgia scholastic and athletic endeavors.

Goals and Objectives

1. To serve as a connecting link between alumni and their University
2. To bring graduates together for the common good of the alumni and the University
3. To welcome new alumni to the area, establish friendships and contacts to assist them in becoming part of the community
4. To encourage alumni activities in a community
5. To assist with career networking for alumni and students
6. To offer each person the opportunity to participate and be involved
